I am a figurative painter and children’s book author. My most recent narrative paintings explore self-preservation and isolation. My first book, Lucius and the Storm, debuted in 2007 and I am currently working on additional writing projects for both children and young adults. I am a professor of Painting at Savannah College of Art and Design and live on the outskirts of Atlanta with my wife and two children.
